> SYSTEM NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR | Mississauga, ON | APPLY NOW

We are currently looking for a System Network Administrator to join our I.T department for our Mississauga head office location. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Duties:
Receive and resolve all types of technology related service calls
- Local and remote End user support
- Install, configure and upgrade computer software
- Install, configure and support computer hardware including layer 2-layer 3 switches, Wi-Fi APs, servers, CCTV
cameras, routers and other equipment
- Manage LAN (including Vlans), Wi-Fi, and Storage Area Networks
- Manage virtual infrastructure
- Monitor IT systems and apply upgrades to hardware and services where necessary
- Maintain system security, backup / recovery and performance
- Perform administration of network user accounts, application accounts and user permissions
- Perform individual and/or group instruction and training to users on technology

Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- MS Exchange 2007 and 2013 support, migration experience is an asset
- VMWare ESXi 5/6.7
- Windows Servers 2008/2012/2016 administration including AD, DHCP, IIS, DNS, DFS and GPO
- MS SQL 2005-2016 administration
- Dell hardware including SANs, servers and layer 3 switches
- Manage Dell Switches and Wi-Fi APs
- Network protocols including VLANs management, routing, NAT, VPN and iSCSI
- Veeam Backup and Replication version 9 and up
- Citrix XenApp 5/6 experience is an asset
- Amazon AWS and Linux is an asset

> SALES SUPPORT | Mississauga, ON | APPLY NOW

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations/Sales Support Consultant for our Mississauga head office location. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to email and telephone inquiries from Associates and their customers
- Assist in setting up new locations and Associate builder accounts
- Provide product knowledge and policy support to associates and internal staff
- Prepare computerized drawings from blueprints
- Special design projects as assigned; quotes/employee kitchens (depending on the situation) meet with client, design, fease, price, prepare; checking up on orders/updating work logs
- Prepare and place orders for Associates and their Builder accounts (collecting paperwork, receiving payment, submitting, forwarding the documents)
- Sales Forcasting
- Updating manuals, SOPs
- Train new Associates on product

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in cabinetry or builder industry
- College Diploma in Design or Administration preferred
- Excellent written/oral communication, customer service and problem solving skills
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Statistical analysis experience an asset
- Working knowledge of Autocad or other design software
- Good analytical and mathematical skills

> SALES/OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER | Cambridge or Niagara Falls, ON | APPLY NOW

We are currently looking for an experienced Manager for our Sales and Operations Support team based in either
our Cambridge or Niagara Falls location. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Requirements:
- have a College Degree in Interior Design or Architectural Technology or equivalent work experience in the kitchen and bath industry (minimum of 5 years).
- have 20/20, AutoCAD or other CAD based software experience,
- be proficient in MS office, have excellent communication/organizational and multitasking skills
- be able to read architectural drawings.
- be able to demonstrate past success in a leadership/mentoring role in a fast paced, growing department.

Some Duties include:
- Assisting team as needed in preparing design and/or working drawings using AutoCAD and/or AyA
- Design Software and/or by hand
- preparing files for drawings and orders for production
- liaising with suppliers, installers, trades and clients with respect to service and installation scheduling, scheduling of pickups and deliveries
- Prioritizing and scheduling department workloads and assignments to meet Sales and Operations requirements

This position is ideally suited for someone looking for growth opportunities and advancement and excels at the level of skills and customer service the position requires. We are looking for someone who can advance to a senior corporate position.

- Prepare/order regular production orders and/or Service materials as required and directed by Manager
- Liaise with suppliers, installers, trades and clients with respect to service and installation scheduling, pickups and deliveries, and other matters as directed and record and relay information.

Experience/ Ability Requirements:
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills.
- Above average interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and to work on own initiative.
- Technical training and certificates in computer programs, including AutoCAD, 20/20 or other 3D program and Microsoft Office Suite, or current registration in same.
- Ability to efficiently and accurately produce perspectives and renderings of kitchen and bath plans.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Kitchen & Bath builder environment preferred.
- Ability and willingness to present ideas and work as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to go the extra mile, to meet project deadlines or client schedules.
